We are Meghan Prior (Nama Chintamani) and Delphina Parenti

- a mother-daughter duo of Movers & Shakers!

Our passion is to facilitate ever-expanding wellness through a combination of tools from our extensive knowledge within the movement and healing arts, breathwork, embodiment practices and spiritual study and practices. We offer tailor-made, short and long term holistic programs for individuals and organizations to actualize physical health, dynamic interpersonal and intrapersonal relationships and unlimited creative capacity.

Individuals, families and businesses must be heart-centered to flourish. As the cosmos enters a new age, a great shift is underway as humanity learns to lead not solely with the head but also with the heart.

Over the past 7 millennia the body was depreciated and the mind was considered supreme. Leaving in its path a wake of destruction, the old paradigms devastated people and the planet and they no longer have a place in our world.

Ascending in its rightful sovereignty, the heart is the seat of the soul, the locus of feeling, and the receptacle of intuition. Functional and joyful relationships in the home, workplace and community are rooted in our physical, mental and spiritual vibrancy fueled by the energy of the heart.

In partnership with you, we achieve results

across a diverse spectrum of challenges

including:

PTSD

panic attacks

relationship conflicts

self-worth/confidence

negative habits

anxiety and depression

loss of physical function

chronic degenerative disease

glandular and nervous system imbalances

lack of connection to self

Our Modalities:

Breathwork practices are potent tools to alter mind and mood states and to manage stress.

TRE generates the body’s own healing tremor mechanism to resolve accumulated stress, tension or trauma.

this methodology rebuilds skills such as getting up and down off the floor, navigating stairs and reducing falls through recovery and stability.

Implementing the concept that our body echoes the ocean in its watery composition and movements, this technique facilitates the access of unique, individual movement language.

Individual and/or collective issues of conflict are resolved though fun, playful, explorative embodiment and movement practices.

Emphasizing proper mechanics and body awareness to improve strength, stamina and flexibility through personal training practices.

the original Body/Mind/Spirit wellness practices that comprehensively address the needs of the human organism through ancient technologies.

A variety of dance and movement methodologies are taught for group or individual classes

Dharma talks and discussions that center around spirit and the influences of matter, especially the patriarchy and its diminution of anything not identified with the masculine.

Sample Programs:

  • Resilient Entrepreneur

  • Co-existing & thriving for success - strengthening group dynamic within the workplace or family

  • Healing relationships in the workplace. Getting out of a ‘stuck’ place

  • Addressing anxiety and worry, fear and depression

  • Adult Recess - creative, playful team building and problem solving

The body is the most readily available practice space - an ashram or place of retreat to return to our most immediate and intimate place of 'home’.

Every body is perfect. We offer practical and user-friendly teachings and tools to become fully embodied and transcend our limited sense of self paradoxically surpassing our identification with the body.

Our tendency is to vacate the body, relinquishing the world of sensory impressions and information to live in the over-crowded workplace of the mind.

This is our Axis of Praxis: Centering around our internal sensory awareness, the body as the receptacle for our highest aspirations becomes the launching pad to catapult Divine Consciousness!

A committed vegan and animal lover, Meghan delights in sharing her experience and knowledge with students and her mission is to teach the tools that assist in achieving one's highest potential.

Trauma or tension release through TRE is another potent somatic modality that Meghan has embraced as a practice in her own life and to help others in becoming more intimate with the body and its capacity to reveal its knowledge and wisdom. As a  Certified TRE Provider, she celebrates the body’s infinite potential to generate transformation and healing. The neurogenic tremor mechanism induced through the TRE process assists in relieving levels of stress, tension and/or trauma and restores and reorganizes the brain, spine, nervous and Myofascial systems with profound

effects. As a TRE Provider, Meghan ensures that the individual has an optimal and safe experience.

Body Business is a new system that Meghan has recently launched to optimize physical and mental well-being for those who want to be healthy longer and live stronger. A synthesis of modalities, Body Business uses elements from the movement arts to fine-tune coordination skills, proprioception and balance, and to increase neural drive - firing muscles quickly. Vitality/life force is enhanced through practices from Kundalini Yoga and other ancient systems, and concentration and focus is harnessed through meditational practices using sound and breath to restore and rebuild neural pathways, prevent cognitive decline and to regain brain function. Body Business assists clients to regain physical function, flow and control of movement, balance, and mental and emotional equilibrium. Clients include those with physical challenges including Parkinson's, MS, Alzheimer's, Obesity, Diabetes and other conditions.

.“The benefits I have received from our 12 sessions together far outweigh any soreness, fatigue or frustration from battling my competitive nature when we practice.  Just the abilities to relax and control my moods through breathing have made the entire experience a true blessing. I cannot thank you enough for bringing this light into my sometimes dark and cynical nature. You are a treasure.”  ~ Will
