Conditioning that emphasizes proper mechanics and body awareness to improve strength, stamina and flexibility through personal training practices. Healing chronic injuries from incorrect training in yoga or other movement practices, strengthening underused weak muscles, and finding the correct way to approach basic physical training in any form, the work transforms weaknesses and deficiencies into integrated strength, resilience and vitality. For both prehab and rehab, and especially useful for back and shoulder issues.
